Anamorphic illusion is a technique of merging science and art. I had lot of fun creating these 3D and cylindrical anamorphic illusions. 

The major project I did was Kalamkari Table Mat. It is a readily expanded hand painted mat which when viewed in cylindrical glass gives a proper art of two elephants trying to eat fruits from trees. This happened due to light reflection properties. The material used is canvas cloth. 

This table mat is painted using the traditional Kalamkari method and it tries to celebrate our ancient art form blending with illusion
